How we work


1. Talk to your families about Manatee

2. Submit referral form

You’ll fill out a referral form that asks for basic information about the patient and their parents or guardians. Then, we’ll reach out to the family to schedule a consultation with one of our Care Coordinators.

2. Assessment and intake

Once the client completes the family assessment, they will review the results with their matched therapist, discuss your family’s needs, and create their 12-week care plan together.

3. Start 12-week care plan

Our personalized care plan for families includes weekly therapy sessions and our family app that will put their hard-earned knowledge into practice.
