Yes! We are an in-network provider with lots of insurance companies (United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna and Aetna) just let us know during your consultation and we’ll check for you.
We also provide your family with a “superbill” you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (usually you’ll get about 50-70% reimbursed).
We do not take medicare or medicaid, but we are committed to making our care affordable and can offer services on a sliding scale (reducing cost to $75-$125 for a therapy session). Click here to learn more about affording our care.
Our parent coaching services are currently self-pay. Most insurances will not reimburse you for parent coaching. You may request a superbill to submit if you would like to try but we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify first.

There are many reasons for virtual therapy, one being that we give all our families access to quality mental health care, because we’re able to hire the best therapists, regardless of location. And studies have shown that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. (source)

We have services for kids 0-18.
For parents with kids 0-4, we recommend parent coaching (though parent coaching is helpful for parents of kids of any age!).
For kids between the ages of 4-7 our family therapy works really well, which includes parents in sessions.
For kids 6-18 we can provide individual child sessions, family sessions or a mix of both. It really depends on how we can best help your family.
