I'm a Midwest girl at heart but right now I find myself in the Pacific Northwest. I've worked at Seattle Children's Hospital for the last 4.5 years in various roles supporting children and families. I am a Certified Child Life Specialist, which involves helping children cope with emotional stress, illness, injury, and trauma. I do this through education, preparation, and coaching. When I'm not working I spend my time going to concerts, traveling, and oil painting.
