My name is Sara and I am an associate marriage and family therapist from San Diego, California. I have experience working with families, groups, and individuals. My favorite things to do are spend time with my family, play with my pets, garden, and go bowling.

My own family is the most important thing to me, so I chose to become a therapist in order to support other families. I find so much joy in uncovering the unique strengths of each individual, while facilitating a safe space where families can better connect to and understand one another.
