I am passionate in working with intergenerational trauma, life transitions, grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. With experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, my approach is rooted in cultural humility and evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, and solution-focused therapy.
