I am an associate marriage and family therapist and associate professional clinical counselor in the San Francisco (East) Bay Area, where I’ve lived since my parents and I emigrated from India when I was a mere 6 months old. I have worked primarily in community mental health with adolescents and adults coping with anxiety, depression, grief, immigration and acculturation issues, school stress, alcohol and substance use, and trauma.
